Today was amazingly sunny, but surprisingly warm, it was beautiful! I went to Douglas to have a meeting at 2:00PM today, which was awesome and lasted for 2 hours. It went really well (it was about magazine things), however before I went to that meeting, I got the chance to go shopping for half an hour!
I have quite an affinity with backpacks right now. This was from Claire's Accessories, and it cost me only £8! It was in the sale, and reduced from £20. I love it so much! I really want a transparent backpack, there's a cool one on ASOS from American Apparel for £50, but I think that £50 is an awful lot of money for a backpack which probably won't be a bag I use all the time. It's a bit weird being transparent, but I think they are very fashionable. I saw one in Claire's on the way back from England for £15, but I didn't get it. I'm having major backpack regretful feels right now, but I'm sure that the perfect one for me will be found soon! ヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
When I was shopping, I also repurchased three of my staple makeup items. They are a Collection 2000 Brown Liquid Eyeliner, a Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner in Black, and a Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair!
This is my first repurchase of the brown liner, second of the black and fourth of the concealer.
The brown liquid eyeliner is useful because it's quite difficult to find brown eyeliner in the shops near me. I bought this liner for £3. Having brown is really useful if you want your makeup to look less harsh. I use my brown liquid liner in this makeup tutorial!
The black eyeliner is expensive, but it lasts a really long time. For £8 a bottle, it's the most expensive makeup item I purchased today, but I know that it works and it stays put all day long. I wear black eyeliner on most days, but it is always really great to use in heavy makeup looks! I used it in my Halloween makeup tutorial, which you can view to the left!
The final item I bought was concealer! I've purchased this same concealer four times already! This is by far my favourite concealer ever. I wear it every day, and it lasts a long time, even without primer. It blends well, it's buildable and the coverage is perfect for my skin. I use it in this foundation tutorial, and I will be sure to purchase it again when this one runs out! It cost me only £4.19. I'm really impressed with the brand Collection 2000, it's extremely affordable and the products are consistently great!
When I returned from Bristol, we made a lot of stops along the way, and one of them was at a British chainstore called MATALAN. We don't have it in the Isle of Man, but when I was in there I managed to pick up these cute kitty headbands! At a half price sale price of £3.50, I was very impressed, and I think they're really adorable♥
As a bonus, here are some miscellaneous photos of my past! Two of the photos are of me doing ballet. I've done ballet since I was about 3 or 4 years old, and I continue to do it to this day. I'm currently in RAD Grade 7, and I go to classes twice a week. You can also see my super long hair! I've always had long hair, and it's never been cut above my shoulders. The first time I had a haircut was when I was 13 years old!
